you'll be part of a mobile culinary team preparing and serving food at events throughout the HALTON AREA Region. You may be leading a plated service one day and working a high-end cocktail reception the next.Your Day-to-Day Might Include:Executing menus for events ranging from 10 to 1,000+ guestsLeading or supporting a kitchen team in on-site setupsMaintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentationCollaborating with chefs, planners, and service staff for smooth executionPacking, transporting, setting up, and breaking down mobile kitchensWho We’re Looking ForYou're a team player with a sharp palate, a cool head, and a solid sense of timing. You take ownership of your work, keep things clean, and don't crack under pressure.
