Build competitive tenders with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates at SB Canada, supporting Major Projects across Canada. Work Monday to Friday in a permanent position.

As an Estimator / Project Coordinator, you will work under the Senior Estimator or Estimating Manager. Organize tender documents, manage subcontractor quotes, and develop estimates for heavy civil and geotechnical construction. After award, support handover and project delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize tender documents, addenda, and bid correspondence
- Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
- Manage and level subcontractor and vendor quotes
- Build comprehensive cost estimates from available information
- Support construction handover, scheduling, claims,



and cost control

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil, geotechnical, or related engineering
- Three or more years of estimating or construction experience
- Hands-on quantity takeoff, quote management, and estimating experience
- Transparent communication with engineers, operations, subcontractors, and clients
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
