You will build frameworks, operating systems, and scalable processes. The work turns technical leadership into proof points, market visibility, customer engagement, and measurable pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities: Own Highwood’s corporate communications and public relations strategy
Operationalize ABM frameworks, regional campaigns, calendars, and reporting
Develop customer communications, advocacy, references, and feedback systems
Manage co-marketing campaigns, joint events,



and partner enablement
Use performance data to improve programs across accounts and geographies
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Seven to ten-plus years in B2 B marketing program management
Experience in emissions management within oil and gas
Experience with complex, multi-channel programs and measurable iteration
Working knowledge of Hub Spot, project tools, and marketing analytics
Bring ABM, communications, customer advocacy, and cross-functional program leadership to Highwood’s methane-focused marketing team.
