This Clinic Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse position supports assigned patients throughout treatment. You will administer prescribed treatments, document medical information, and collaborate with physicians, practitioners, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members. The work includes patient counseling, referrals, follow-up care, and maintaining continuity across nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer prescribed treatments and provide supportive patient care
- Conduct nursing assessments and triage patient care needs

- Respond to emergencies and recognize changes in health status

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education
- Current BLS and CPR/First Aid certification
- Good standing with the College of Nurses

- Ability to perform nursing assessment and triage
