A minimum of ten years’ experience managing and leading the risk management function for an IM/IT project including:
Developing a risk plan, risk register and risk mitigation strategies
Owning and managing the risk management process to ensure projects risks are identified, quantified, and effectively managed
Managing project risk with the authority to deal with risks within guidelines
Liaising with other projects in the integrated development of risks
A minimum of ten years’ experience in establishing a stakeholder management plan and communications plan for organization change throughout the project lifecycle
A minimum of ten years’ experience developing change management tools and materials and delivering coaching and training to stakeholders
