Coordinate construction schedules and project information for a Hamilton-based company supporting ICI, residential, and infrastructure projects across the GTA. Maintain accurate records while connecting site teams, suppliers, and offices.

This permanent Project Coordinator position supports commercial, institutional, high-rise residential, and infrastructure construction activities. You will organize meetings, track milestones, manage revisions, and follow up with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal contacts. Familiarity with structural concrete forming is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate construction schedules, meetings, and action items
- Maintain current project files, drawings, reports, and correspondence
- Track milestones and follow up on outstanding items
- Prepare meeting notes,



status updates, and documentation
- Distribute revised materials to appropriate project contacts

Requirements:

- Experience coordinating project schedules, meetings, and follow-up
- Experience with ICI, commercial, and/or residential projects
- Familiarity with structural concrete forming
- Accurate project records and document management abilities
- Solid attention to detail across multiple priorities
