Check Point needs a Diamond Services Engineer skilled in enterprise networking and Internet security for hybrid work with two office days weekly. Support customers through complex technical issues.

This position provides technical support across Check Point products and customer environments. You will facilitate installations, implementations, maintenance, and education while authoring documentation. The work requires communication with engineers and managers, troubleshooting expertise, and flexibility within a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide analytical technical support to customers

- Maintain troubleshooting skills across Check Point products

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of enterprise networking experience
- Experience with Check Point products required
- Solid RHEL or Linux server understanding
- VPN configuration and troubleshooting experience
- Working knowledge of OSI Layers 1 through 4
