Assess Microsoft 365, networks, and cybersecurity for NextGen Automation customers across Western Canada in this full-time, permanent specialist role.

As a Technology Alignment Specialist, you will proactively evaluate customer environments against established technology standards. You will identify risks, recommend improvements, and coordinate remediation with Client Success Managers, Strategic Technology Advisors, Service Desk, Centralized Services, and Skilled Services teams. The work supports secure, standardized, reliable technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct onsite and remote technology assessments
- Evaluate servers, endpoints, backups, and infrastructure
- Identify vulnerabilities, deficiencies, and operational risks




- Prepare reports with actionable improvement recommendations
- Track standards progress and validate completed improvements

Requirements:

- 3–5+ years in IT support, infrastructure, or Managed IT Services
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra ID
- Understanding of firewalls, switches, VPNs, and VLANs
- Experience with backups, virtualization, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity
- Ability to travel to customer locations
