As Finance Manager, you will support Customer Sales by strengthening financial planning and reporting. Your work will connect Finance and Sales through P&L; analysis, variance interpretation, forecasting, and recommendations. You will also improve models, tools, and analytics that evaluate customer performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage P&L; reviews, analysis, and performance reporting
- Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Forecast DME and Customer Sales operating expenses
- Present month-end Opex results to Sales leadership
- Oversee accurate, timely brand partner funding billing

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Five or more years of progressive finance experience
- Consumer packaged goods or retail experience preferred
- Solid financial acumen and practical business insight
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
