Support industrial ground-up construction across the GTA as an Assistant Site Superintendent, coordinating trades, schedules, safety, and quality onsite. Work from Brampton with project travel.

This permanent position supports the Site Superintendent through every construction phase, including earthworks, foundations, structural work, building envelope, and interior completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, track progress, and communicate with project teams, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners. The General Contractor delivers ICI projects throughout Southern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist daily management of industrial ground-up construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, equipment, and site access
- Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and site conditions
- Track schedules, deficiencies,



documentation, and corrective actions
- Communicate priorities during meetings and inspections

Requirements:

- 5+ years in supervisory, foreperson, coordinator, or assistant superintendent capacity
- Industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or commercial project experience
- Understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination
- Construction drawing, specification, OHSA, and safety knowledge
- Valid driver's license and GTA travel availability
