As an Intermediate Estimator, you will coordinate with trade partners, suppliers, Construction, Design, Accounting, and Sales. The work supports production accuracy through pricing, change orders, agreements, and cost analysis. You will apply residential construction knowledge across drawings, specifications, tendering, and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Issue accurate purchase orders to trade partners promptly
- Prepare job completion costs for accurate accruals
- Calculate material take-offs from working drawings
- Process agreements, change orders, and pricing requests

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Architectural or Building Development Technologies
- Three to five years of residential construction experience
- Knowledge of construction systems, methods, specifications, and codes
- Proficiency in accounting and estimating software
