As Lead Engineer, Collaboration Platforms, you will shape the enterprise AV environment at a global institutional investor. Your work spans conferencing platforms, digital signage, AV over IP, and integrated workplace technologies. You will guide complex initiatives while supporting critical executive and Board-level engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and evolve enterprise AV and collaboration solutions
- Provide L3 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Maintain technology roadmaps, lifecycles, and technical debt
- Engineer AppSpace, Cisco Spaces, and ServiceNow WSD integrations




- Lead evaluations, proofs of concept, and implementations

Requirements:

- Significant enterprise AV and collaboration technology experience
- Deep expertise in meeting rooms, video, and AV over IP
- Advanced troubleshooting across AV, platforms, and networks
- Experience with Cisco, Microsoft, AppSpace, and Cisco Spaces
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder communication skills
