As a Senior Broker, you will serve Construction & Infrastructure clients across project-specific and ongoing practice policies. You will build relationships, analyse exposures, prepare recommendations, and negotiate insurance solutions. The team welcomes broad construction experience or deeper expertise in Builder’s Risk or Wrap-Up Casualty, while supporting complementary technical learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow construction and infrastructure client portfolios
- Develop tailored insurance and risk-management strategies
- Place Builder’s Risk and Wrap-Up programmes
- Prepare submissions, coverage analyses, renewals,



and presentations
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with insurance markets

Requirements:

- Approximately five or more years of relevant insurance experience
- Construction, property, casualty, or energy insurance experience
- Experience placing or underwriting construction insurance
- Strong account-management and client-relationship skills
- Explicit communication, negotiation, analysis, and decision-making abilities
