This hands-on HR Business Partner supports e-STORAGE across North America. The position balances strategic partnership with daily HR execution. Responsibilities include organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Align HR strategies with senior leaders’ business objectives
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Coach leaders on performance and team effectiveness
- Execute onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding




- Lead employee relations concerns with appropriate documentation

Requirements:

- Experience as an HR Business Partner in high-growth environments
- Working knowledge of Workday transactions, reporting, and data management
- Understanding of Canadian and United States employment practices
