Fours (formerly Suger) is hiring an SMB Customer Success Manager (Eastern Time) to own a book of 50-70 SMB accounts, each up to 25K ARR, totaling 1M+ ARR, guiding onboarding and driving adoption and retention across the full customer lifecycle.

This full-cycle role requires kickoff calls, day-to-day support, and long-term relationships. You’ll operate in a scaled CS motion with 80% async Slack communication and targeted calls for high-impact moments.
