This is a senior specialist role requiring significant technical accounting expertise, strong knowledge of compensation-related accounting matters, advanced excel skills and the ability to act as the principal subject matter expert for complex HR Accounting activities.

The individual will be responsible for the accounting, reporting, and control framework associated with complex compensation programs.

Required Experience and Expertise

- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR Accounting, Compensation Accounting, or a related finance function.
- Robust expertise in deferred compensation programs, long-term incentive plans, and bonus accrual accounting.
- Advanced knowledge of hedge accounting as applied to compensation-related programs.
- Proven experience supporting complex legal entity structures and cross-border operations.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and financial control skills.
- Ability to operate independently and provide technical leadership within the team.
- Experience interacting with senior management and supporting audit and regulatory requirements.
