This full-time Manager supports the Procurement Department within the GTA Homebuilding Division. The work connects Finance, Procurement, Operations, Estimating, and Data Management through cost modeling and performance analysis. You will turn detailed cost and performance data into clear business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop granular zero-based cost models across product categories
- Maintain and govern itemized materials, labour, and equipment build-ups
- Analyze market and recent award trends
- Track departmental performance using detailed data
- Improve processes for capturing, managing, and reporting data
Requirements:
- Highly analytical and commercially minded approach
- Strong cost modeling capability
- Hands-on operational experience
- Background in operational finance, estimating, or cost modelling
- Engineering experience focused on value engineering
