Reporting to the VP, Risk & Compliance, this senior position supports Tandia’s credit and enterprise risk management programs. You will challenge first-line practices, assess lending quality, and help maintain effective risk frameworks. The work covers portfolio performance, regulatory requirements, and risk appetites across multiple lending areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee credit risk across retail, small business, and commercial lending
- Review credit governance, portfolio performance, and authorization limits
- Develop guidelines for credit assessment of loans and mortgages
- Monitor lending trends, loan quality,



and loan loss provisions
- Provide second-line challenge through the enterprise risk management program

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Three to five years of credit risk management experience
- Three to five years of risk management experience
- Analytical skills in balance sheets, cash flow, and business plans
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and regulatory requirements
