As Merchandising Team Lead, you will supervise daily operations in a direct store delivery setting. The position involves productivity, scheduling, delivery goals, communication, and employee training. You will support PepsiCo customers while using PBC processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead frontline employees merchandising orders for key customers
- Allocate resources between accounts and manage multiple priorities
- Brief employees on schedules and delivery goals
- Supervise operations, delegate tasks, and monitor progress
- Set targets and measure performance for accountability

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Sales, retail, or similar experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds periodically
