This execution-focused Customer Success Specialist supports restaurant and commercial kitchen customers. You will conduct site assessments, provide hands-on training, coordinate deliveries, and support ongoing adoption. The role also assists selected Redux onboarding and customer-success activities involving used cooking oil recycling and organics recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and complete Beyond Oil trials and onboarding visits
- Conduct site assessments and coordinate implementation resources
- Train kitchen leaders and back-of-house teams
- Track pilot results, risks, and implementation next steps




- Maintain accurate customer records, visit notes, and CRM data

Requirements:

- Two to five years of sales experience
- Commercial kitchen and fryer workflow understanding
- Solid organization, communication, and customer follow-up skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and personal vehicle
- Availability for territory travel and occasional evenings or weekends
