As a Project Manager and Civil Engineer, you will help develop CJA’s municipal engineering service. You will determine client needs, design civil works, prepare technical documents, and support construction activities. The position involves coordinating technicians and support designers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Determine client needs and establish assignment scopes
- Design various municipal civil engineering works
- Conduct technical analyses and write reports
- Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Inspect construction sites and provide technical support

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- More than seven years of civil engineering experience
- French proficiency, spoken and written
- Autonomy, initiative, and strong attention to detail
- Team spirit; pump systems and Civil 3D are assets
