This full-time temporary Registered Nurse prospect suits nurses with specialized General Internal Medicine education and experience. You will care for frail elderly, stroke, addictions, marginalized, and homeless populations. The practice emphasizes patient-centred care, clinical reasoning, and inter-professional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide holistic, culturally appropriate, evidence-based patient care
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate care activities with inter-professional teams

Requirements:

- Current General Class registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current CPR or BLS certification
