Lead Integrated Logistics Support solutions at GeoSpectrum in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, working onsite across naval systems and product lifecycles.

As an experienced Sustainment Engineer, you will plan, develop, and deliver ILS solutions for reliable, maintainable, supportable, and cost-effective naval systems. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Publications, Training, Field Service, and Program Management. The work spans proposals, design, production, delivery, warranty, and in-service support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute ILS activities against schedules and customer requirements
- Integrate ILS requirements with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Field Service
- Develop LSA, RAM, FMECA, LORA, MTA, sparing, and LCC analyses




- Deliver compliant ILS documentation throughout program lifecycles
- Monitor milestones, customer commitments, and schedule risks

Requirements:

- Engineering or technical post-secondary education; mechanical engineering preferred
- Minimum three years in systems engineering or ILS engineering
- Experience working with internal and external customers
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods and Government Security clearances
