The Senior Manager leads CAE’s Cyber Business Enablement strategy and global BISO team. The work spans executive advising, product security, cloud environments, secure-by-design practices, and cybersecurity governance. The leader translates risk priorities into measurable business outcomes and coordinates cybersecurity engagement across strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute CAE’s Cyber Business Enablement strategy
- Advise executives on risk-informed cybersecurity decisions
- Lead and develop the global BISO team
- Embed security across product and software initiatives




- Report cybersecurity priorities, risks, investments, and outcomes

Requirements:

- 10+ years in cybersecurity, technology, risk, or related leadership
- Experience influencing senior executive business decisions
- Success leading multidisciplinary teams and organizational change
- Understanding of cybersecurity, product security, cloud, and transformation
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar credentials preferred
