The Environmental Services Supervisor oversees routine maintenance, repairs, and service tasks at the residence. This position supports facility safety, cleanliness, equipment operation, and grounds maintenance. It also serves residents through responsive requests, suite preparation, and positive relationships with families, suppliers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, security, and life safety systems
- Maintain furnishings, fixtures, equipment, grounds, and outdoor areas
- Prepare suites for new move-ins and manage refurbishments




- Assist residents with requests and coordinate furniture and equipment moves
- Document fire drills, infection control, and pest control activities

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Two years of maintenance operations experience
- Experience with building systems and life safety systems
- Proficient written and verbal English
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills focused on resident satisfaction
