Plan healthcare construction projects at UHN’s 67 College Street site using functional programming, space planning, and project management tools. This permanent full time position works days in Toronto.

As Project Planner, you will support FM-PRO’s Planning Department under the Senior Project Manager. The work spans construction, renovation, and relocation planning, including scope, schedules, budgets, user groups, risks, and project documentation. You will collaborate with UHN leadership, executive sponsors, staff, consultants, and the Redevelopment team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive planning phases for construction and renovation projects
- Develop user group planning strategies and processes
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Track budgets, costs, and cash flow forecasts
- Coordinate consultants,



documentation, quality control, and handover

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, architecture, engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum three years’ relevant architectural, engineering, or project management experience
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder meetings and preparing materials
- Strong computer literacy and project management tool proficiency
- Advanced analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
