Lingan Golf Club seeks a Head Golf Professional and Golf Operations Manager to lead day-to-day golf business performance. The position covers tee-time management, financial reporting, retail activity, people leadership, and golfer satisfaction. Success includes growing rounds, revenue, leagues, tournaments, junior programs, and special golf offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead tee times, pace of play, carts, and customer service
- Manage budgets, reporting, purchasing, inventory, and cost control
- Develop revenue strategies for rounds, retail, leagues, and events
- Recruit, schedule, coach, and develop golf operations employees




- Evaluate artificial intelligence, pricing, scheduling, and analytics applications

Requirements:

- PGA of Canada Class A membership or equivalent senior experience
- At least five years managing golf, hospitality, or club operations
- Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and monthly reporting capabilities
- Experience with reservation systems, merchandising, and inventory control
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and excellent customer-service communication skills
