As a Senior Recruiter, you will partner with EPD leaders and hiring managers on complex searches. You will define hiring theses, build proactive pipelines, and guide candidate processes from first outreach through signed offer. The work centers on evidence-based talent judgment and strong ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with EPD leaders on organizational hiring requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across complex technical searches
- Build targeted sourcing strategies before requisitions open
- Use AI tools for sourcing, outreach, research, and pipelines
- Own funnel metrics, Ashby data, offers, and negotiations

Requirements:

- Five or more years of full-cycle startup recruiting experience
- Track record closing robust candidates in competitive markets
- Ability to map markets and identify exceptional talent signals
- AI-fluent approach with demonstrated workflow iteration
- High ownership and urgency throughout candidate processes
