Lead individualized ABA treatment at Surrey Place as a Clinical Supervisor, applying behavioural assessment and clinical supervision expertise. This is a full time, one-year contract.

Within the TRE-ADD Program, the Clinical Supervisor provides clinical accountability for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disorders. The work includes functional analyses, behaviour treatment planning, interprofessional collaboration, and ongoing treatment evaluation. You will support ECPP classrooms in partnership with TDSB, TCDSB, and PDSB.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct functional analyses and behavioural assessments
- Lead individualized ABA behaviour treatment planning
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and caregivers
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching,



and staff training
- Participate in TRE-ADD Quality Assurance Reviews

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Registered Behaviour Analyst in good standing with Ontario’s College
- Three years’ senior BCBA or RBA experience
- Experience supporting severe maladaptive behaviours
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
