Lead RBC’s North Vancouver branch through team coaching, client acquisition, and digital banking enablement while serving the local market. This full-time role is based at 1789 Lonsdale Avenue.

As Branch Manager, you motivate employees, build community relationships, and create memorable client experiences. You guide recruiting, talent management, development, and career planning while collaborating with RBC partners. The role also supports sales growth, compliance, and multichannel usage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver results and support current client acquisitions across multiple channels
- Allocate resources to grow sales, revenue, and market share
- Recruit, develop, and engage employees through consistent routines
- Coach teams on advice, education,



and problem resolution
- Address gaps identified through operational and compliance reviews

Requirements:

- Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
- Two years of licensed mutual funds sales experience within three years
- Three years of people management experience
- Completed mutual fund branch management exam or exam eligibility
- Entrepreneurial acquisition mindset and digital channel capability
