Strathmore Landscape Management seeks a Branch Manager to lead established regional operations. You will manage budgets, profitability, operational KPIs, and seasonal readiness. The position combines field leadership, client relationships, workforce planning, and collaboration with head office. Regular presence at the branch and client sites is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead branch performance, budgets, profitability, and operational KPIs
- Prepare summer and winter staffing, equipment, and service plans
- Coordinate scheduling, routing, capacity, and equipment allocation

Requirements:

- At least 7 years of progressive field-industry experience
