Lead afternoon warehouse operations at Crane Supply using shipping coordination, staff supervision, and detailed order management. This full-time role works from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

Crane Supply distributes pipe, valves, fittings, and piping accessories across Canada. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees receiving and shipping activities, supports customer needs, and coordinates staff, equipment, and daily priorities. In-person collaboration is an important part of the team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise shift operations and ensure customer orders are completed
- Schedule next-day trucks, runs, and staging lanes
- Ensure orders are picked, shipped safely, and ready on time
- Coordinate loading of inside trucks before shift completion




- Maintain clean, organized, and protected warehouse operations

Requirements:

- Three years of warehousing or distribution experience
- Two years of supervisory experience, preferably union-based
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure
- Computer skills and post-secondary education preferred
