As Grocery Manager, you will report to the Centre Manager and oversee department operations. The work combines scheduling, appraisals, budgeting and program execution. You will support customer service, profitability, merchandising standards and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employees across Grocery, GM and HBC areas
- Manage scheduling, appraisals, budgets and financial objectives
- Develop action plans for improved operational results
- Maintain merchandising standards, policies and company programs
- Monitor customer comments and complaints through timely follow-up
Requirements:
- Grade 12 education
- Three years of retail supervisory experience with proven results
- Two years of retail management experience preferred
- Business-related education preferred
- Experience analyzing financial results preferred
