Lead residential construction for RedBerry Homes as a hands-on Site Superintendent, coordinating trades, schedules, materials and quality control on-site.

This experienced position oversees the Sunnidale Trails new home subdivision from construction start through closing. You will manage subcontractors, labourers, building permits and inspections while maintaining Ontario Building Code compliance. The role also requires schedule monitoring, cost control, construction documentation and proactive resolution of site challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise construction activities full time from start through completion
- Coordinate trades, labour, materials, equipment and construction schedules
- Monitor workmanship, inspections, drawings and building code compliance
- Manage permits, site records, materials and project documentation




- Complete PDIs and coordinate deficiency resolution before closing

Requirements:

- Minimum five years residential new home supervision experience
- Comprehensive Ontario Building Code and construction drawings knowledge
- Experience supervising subcontractors, trades, labourers and schedules
- Strong organization, communication, leadership and time-management skills
- Reliable personal vehicle and flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends
