This full-time Strategic Sourcing Manager role oversees food and non-food procurement across an approximately $500M annual portfolio. You will build category strategies, lead sourcing initiatives, and strengthen supplier performance. The work supports value, quality, and performance across Dexterra’s Canadian and United States operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build category strategies aligned with Dexterra business priorities
- Lead RFP development, bid analysis, and supplier selection
- Negotiate pricing, service scope, and contract terms
- Monitor spend, performance, compliance, and market conditions




- Manage supplier risk and strengthen procurement processes

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or Commerce
- Five or more years of related sourcing experience
- Experience with category-based buying and supplier capabilities
- Robust negotiation, financial, presentation, and analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
