This full-time, permanent Operations Manager oversees manufacturing and distribution workflows. You will coach frontline supervisors, manage warehouse execution, and launch a current e-commerce fulfillment channel. The position requires leadership across fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments, with Lean improvement experience valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse, assembly, and distribution operations
- Coach two frontline team leads and indirect associates
- Calculate operational metrics using MS Excel
- Identify bottlenecks through regular floor walk-throughs
- Oversee receiving, staging, picking, and shipping priorities
Requirements:
- Five-plus years leading warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing teams
- Experience managing 20 or more associates
- Intermediate or advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Understanding of WorkSafeBC health and safety legislation
- Ability to clear background checks and provide references
