Manage accounts payable and reconciliations as an Accounting Specialist with Rejuvenation Medical Group across multiple legal entities and clinics.

This Accounting Specialist supports transactional accounting for Rejuvenation Medical Group’s growing medical offices. The work includes QuickBooks Online, invoice-approval software, vendor accounts, credit cards, banks, and intercompany reconciliations. You will also support month-end close, audits, reports, and process implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process vendor invoices across multiple legal entities
- Own aged accounts payable reporting and weekly payment runs
- Maintain vendor records and complete account reconciliations

Requirements:

- Three or more years in accounts payable or transactional accounting
- Experience with account and vendor reconciliations
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or related field
- QuickBooks Online and AP automation experience is an asset
- Robust Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail
