The Maintenance Technician executes hands-on maintenance across a growing metal extraction facility. This full time role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Working with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Project teams, you will help improve asset performance and reduce unplanned downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute corrective, preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical process equipment and facility systems
- Document work orders and asset history in MaintainX
- Identify chronic failures and recommend corrective actions
- Support construction,



commissioning, startup, and project handovers

Requirements:

- Red Seal Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, Heavy Duty Mechanic, or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of industrial maintenance or process plant experience
- Experience with pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, valves, motors, and rotating equipment
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, P&IDs;, and technical documentation
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and ability to lift 50 pounds
