Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services seeks a Pharmacist for relief coverage until August 2027 or the incumbent’s return. You will provide distribution pharmacy services and function as a Clinical Pharmacist. The work includes prescription assessment, medication dispensing, counselling, and patient specific therapeutic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret medication orders using a computerized medication information system
- Assess prescriptions, allergies, interactions, duplications, and contraindications
- Dispense, compound, label, and document medications accurately




- Provide medication counselling and prescription clarification
- Participate in ward rounds and document therapeutic plans

Requirements:

- Current registration with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Knowledge of hospital drug distribution processes
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Physical ability to perform position duties
