Castle Mountain Resort is seeking an experienced front-facing service manager to lead the Accommodations and Guest Services teams. You will oversee reservations, pricing, and guest experience, ensuring a seamless booking-to-arrival process and high service standards across peak seasons and shoulder periods.

You will manage supervisors, recruit and train staff, work with HR on staffing, and collaborate with other departments to maintain exceptional guest experiences at Castle Mountain in Alberta.
