Interior Health seeks a self-directed Mental Health and Substance Use Crisis Response Clinician and RCMP Liaison. You will provide community-based services with moderate independence. The work supports clients experiencing serious mental health problems, problematic substance use, or withdrawal management issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct and indirect mobile crisis intervention
- Complete mental health and substance use assessments
- Deliver suicide intervention and short-term treatment planning
- Provide time-limited case management and rapid response
- Coordinate with RCMP detachments and community partners

Requirements:

- Past or current counselling experience
- Experience facilitating groups
- Working knowledge of mental health and substance use
- General competency in concurrent disorders
- Strong assessment and cooperative relationship-building skills
