We are seeking a friendly, dependable Cashier/Customer Service team member to provide a welcoming and efficient experience for every customer. This role combines cashiering, customer service, retail sales, and merchandising. You’ll help customers find the right products, demonstrate items when appropriate, and keep transactions and the sales floor organized.

Duties

- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide attentive, helpful service.
- Operate the POS system and process purchases, returns, and other transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and other payment methods responsibly; use basic math to verify transactions and provide correct change.
- Support retail sales by learning product features, recommending suitable options, and upselling when it benefits the customer.
- Assist with technology sales, including explaining product features and conducting product demos as needed.
- Maintain attractive, well-stocked displays and support merchandising tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person and follow professional phone etiquette when handling calls.




- Keep the checkout area and sales floor neat, organized, and ready for customers.
- Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers, manage time effectively, and help prioritize tasks during busy periods.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with cashiering, cash handling, POS systems, and basic arithmetic.
- Interest in sales and the ability to make helpful product recommendations; technical sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn product information and explain it clearly, including through product demonstrations.
- Good time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Professional, courteous phone manner and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Strong English communication skills required. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
