Bring AI, APIs, and storytelling to Ada’s North American Solutions Consulting team as a hands-on Presales Consultant supporting complex deals.

You’ll serve as the technical voice for key opportunities, partnering with Account Managers and Account Executives. Through discovery, solution design, and working demos, you’ll show customer service leaders how Ada’s AI agents support chat, email, and voice. The role connects customer needs with product direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own technical discovery and scoping across a North American account book
- Build prospect-branded Ada demos across chat, email, and voice
- Lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept
- Coordinate technical handoffs to Professional Services




- Answer deal-specific RFPs and security questionnaires

Requirements:

- Three to five years in presales or solutions consulting
- Proven success communicating value and differentiation to win deals
- Strong knowledge of LLMs and generative AI applications
- Technical proficiency with APIs, SaaS platforms, and integrations
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
