This Product Manager owns Capitalstream across its full lifecycle, from market research and concept development through product design and quality delivery. You will translate customer needs into roadmaps, requirements, specifications, user stories, and testing strategies. The work combines commercial lending knowledge with enterprise fintech product management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings
- Translate insights into product opportunities and roadmap input
- Lead interviews, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops




- Collaborate with engineering on feasible solution options

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- Ten-plus years in financial services or lending solutions
- Five-plus years managing enterprise fintech software products
- Five-plus years using Agile methodologies and Jira
- Deep knowledge of lending lifecycle processes
