Key Responsibilities:

- Manage pharmacy operations, budgets, sales, expenses, labour, and inventory
- Provide injections, medication reviews, and minor ailment prescribing
- Counsel patients about prescription and over-the-counter medications
- Lead recruitment, performance management, training, and team mentorship




- Maintain compliant policies, records, storage, and quality procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy
- Minimum five years licensed pharmacist experience
- Two years retail pharmacy management experience considered an asset
- Licensed pharmacist in positive standing with Alberta College of Pharmacy
- Injection and First Aid Certification with strong leadership skills
