Registered Practical Nurse providing patient-centered care, therapeutic relationships, and rehabilitation support within an interdisciplinary team. Work independently while collaborating with Registered Nurses.

This RPN provides nursing care for patients with complex health needs and more predictable outcomes. The position supports health promotion, prevention, treatment, palliation, and rehabilitation. Care remains culturally sensitive and person centered while addressing patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish caring therapeutic relationships with patients and families
- Provide patient and family-centered nursing care
- Promote health and treat health conditions
- Support palliative and rehabilitative care approaches




- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Requirements:

- Current unrestricted College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Diploma in Registered Practical Nursing
- Current BCLS with ongoing renewal commitment
- Physical Assessment and Medication Administration course completion
- Skilled judgment, organization, communication, and collaboration skills
