As Senior Manager, Product Design, you will lead strategy and execution for Clio's Fintech team. You will manage 4-5 product designers while partnering with Product and Engineering. The work spans discovery, opportunity framing, launch, iteration, automation, and AI-enabled timekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define design vision for payments, billing, invoicing, and timekeeping
- Partner across Clio to integrate connected financial experiences
- Guide trustworthy human-in-the-loop AI workflows
- Coach designers through execution, feedback, and career development
- Set portfolio priorities, metrics, and quality standards

Requirements:

- 10+ years of Product Design experience
- 3+ years managing and developing designers
- Fintech product experience involving payments, billing, or invoicing
- Complex B2B product design experience
- AI design, accessibility, and modern design tool fluency
