As a Senior Financial Service Advisor Team Lead, you will assess objectives, risk tolerance, and unique needs. You will create strategies spanning investments, lending, protection, and daily banking. The position also supports relationship growth, referrals, and advice center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess member objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs
- Create holistic investment, lending, protection, and banking strategies
- Develop relationships through Financial Health Checks and referrals
- Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements
- Provide backup support for advice center roles

Requirements:

- Three-plus years in financial services experience
- At least one year in an advisory capacity
- Mortgage lending and mutual funds experience required
- Licensed to sell mutual funds
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and financial acumen
