As an IT Technician II, you will resolve technology issues involving computers, phones, software, laptops, and mobile devices. You will track requests through an automated Helpdesk System and IT Service Management system. The position also supports junior technicians and escalates complex issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and resolve user questions through phone calls and email
- Record incidents, document issues, and communicate solutions
- Troubleshoot accounts, email, profiles, hardware, and software
- Prepare validated computers with operating systems and software
- Coach junior technicians and support team projects

Requirements:

- College degree in an IT-related program
- At least three years of related experience
- French and English communication skills
- Windows 10/11 and Cisco Phone Equipment knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
