Lead dental operations across the Greater Toronto Area using clinic leadership and performance improvement expertise. Travel between clinics for hands-on operational support.

This Regional Director, Operations oversees up to five or six dental clinics. You will develop Clinic Managers, review financial and operational results, and strengthen established and newer practices. The work requires collaboration with Doctors, Support Office partners, and clinic teams through change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operational and financial performance across multiple dental clinics
- Coach Clinic Managers and build solid clinic teams
- Review KPIs, budgets, and P&L; results
- Improve production, collections, scheduling, and patient retention
- Support clinic growth and implement new processes

Requirements:

- Progressive leadership experience in dental operations
- Experience overseeing multiple clinics and coaching leaders
- Multi-clinic P&L; accountability, ideally at least $10M
- Track record improving performance and leading change
- Flexibility to travel across the Greater Toronto Area
